Special interest in historically accurate costume techniques, especially focused on corset construction methods and materials. Astute knowledge of shaping and styling through different eras in fashion history. Strong Understanding of the scientific aspects of textiles including textile dyeing and appropriate end uses. Actively pursuing a design and production position in a hands-on environment working closely with textiles and apparel construction.
